1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PuzzleBox (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use PuzzleBox. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@agohof.dev if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may not share your account with others, create multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage, or use automated means to interact with the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Post content that is offensive, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service.
• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Impersonate another person or entity.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

5. User-Generated Content

PuzzleBox allows you to post comments and reactions in shared group feeds. You retain ownership of content you create, but by posting it you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and distribute that content within the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. We do not endorse user content and reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

PuzzleBox, the Wordie puzzle format, and all related content, designs, and trademarks are owned by or licensed to Agohof. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

7. Subscriptions and Premium Features

Puzzle Box offers an auto-renewable Premium subscription that unlocks additional features. The following subscription options are available:

• Puzzle Box Premium (Monthly) — billed monthly
• Puzzle Box Premium (Annual) — billed annually

Pricing is displayed at the time of purchase within the app and may vary by region.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings at Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued unless required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new price.

8. Availability and Changes

We strive to keep PuzzleBox available daily but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Puzzles, features, and pricing may change at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agohof shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Agohof operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
